When it comes to mobilization or signing a contract with the Armed Forces, the biggest fear for many is the unknown. “Where will I be sent? What will I be doing?”<\/p>\n

Without prior training, you are a “blank sheet” to the system. This means you can be assigned to any vacant position where there is a shortage (most often, this is an infantry rifleman). The only way to take control of your destiny is to obtain a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)<\/strong> before you even visit the Recruitment Center.<\/p>\n

Let’s break down why the certificate from HTEC “MIST”<\/strong> is your ticket to the high-tech forces.<\/p>\n

What is an MOS and Why Does It Matter?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)<\/strong> is a digital code that defines your profession in the army. For example, a driver-mechanic, a signalman, or a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Operator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If your military ID card lists the MOS for “UAV Operator,” the Recruitment Center is obliged to consider you specifically as a specialist in this profile. This is your protection against misuse. You become a valuable asset sought after by commanders of aerial reconnaissance and strike drone units.<\/p>\n

The “Internet Course” Trap<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are hundreds of ads online: “Learn to fly a drone in 3 days.” You pay the money, watch videos, receive a PDF file with a nice seal… but at the Recruitment Center, this paper is not recognized.<\/p>\n

Why does this happen?<\/strong> Because only documents from institutions holding an official License from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine<\/strong> have legal force. Without a license, any “diploma” is just a souvenir.<\/p>\n

The algorithm for obtaining an MOS through our center looks like this:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Training:<\/strong> You undergo an intensive course (for example, on the heavy strike complex Pegasus Arms 25<\/strong><\/a>). This involves 96 hours of theory and practice, including night flights.<\/li>\n
  2. Exam:<\/strong> You pass a qualification exam, proving your piloting, engineering, and tactical skills.<\/li>\n
  3. State Certificate:<\/strong> You receive a state-recognized certificate confirming your professional qualification.<\/li>\n
  4. Recruitment Center:<\/strong> Based on this certificate, the Recruitment Center officially assigns or changes your MOS code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
