Enhancing the effectiveness of air defense and protecting the territory of Ukraine from air threats from the aggressor state’s troops by training air defense groups from the units of the Volunteer Formation of the Territorial Community (VFC), formed on the territory of the respective territorial community (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 699 dated 12.06.2025).
The air defense groups include VFC members from among those who have undergone training and have documents confirming the right to perform relevant functions for piloting and/or servicing manned aircraft.
